Oil drilling is increasingly becoming an art, as the discovered wells are lying deeper and deeper under the earths surface. Until some years back, oil was found up to depths of maximum 2.000 meters. Now these findings are made in 5.000 meters and even below that.
The depth of the well and the soil determines the chemicals that need to be used to bring up the oil. With every 1.000 meters of additional depth the required chemistry for bringing up the oil completely changes.
